In 2009 I had another opportunity to work in the field of concept and analysis, where I built parts of the information architecture and wireframes for an website of a big american investment bank.

For an interactive system design office in Frankfurt, I developed the whole technical backend and frontend in address of a proposed design by the agency. It is based on the open source framework DRUPAL, which extensively uses PHP/MySQL, and was enriched with JavaScript/AJAX modeules as well as with an Twiki-Framework for client-side communications.

In 2008 I had the chance to work on a current state analysis for MERTEN, a company developing intelligent house control systems and electric control panels.

I am constantly trying to approach on a private project: Defining a scalable design process which refers to the newest knowledge of user experience (UE/UX), user centred design (UCD) and information architecture (IA) to provide a stable roadmap to develop interactive applications.

In 2008 I joined the development of 'medienfluss', an internet application to explore a database of 'media art' and 'electronic culture' keynotes. The site should simply show the relations between projects, its authors and keywords and provide a crosslink for more informations.

Second half of 2007 I worked in New Zealand for the HIT Lab in Christchurch. Involved in several interface design projects, I basically worked on the iMedicine project which goal it was to develop an online medical tutorial plattform for students, doctors and patients. My job was the information architecture and part of the Flash-Development of this plattform.

In 2007 I completed my studies with a final diploma thesis. It turned into a 100-pages-paper, discussing whether and in which way the vision of ubiquitous computing will take impact in our all daily life. In this thesis I refer to philosophical questions of freedom, will and act, the question of informational and physical self-determination, and in the end to the social groups we interact every day.

In 2006 I have completed the DIMA project with six other students. For the topic "e-Emergency" we had to develope a mobile emergency system which should be adressed to a specific scenario. It included a profound research, contriving different concepts and developing one of them into a functional prototype.

In 2006 I managed to handle a second job for a photgrapher here in Frankfurt. This time I set the focus on the interface-design which should support the style of the photographer.

In 2005 I realized a small portfolio of two photosets for the Frankfurt located photographer Sabine Pallaske . The idea was to create a small but impressive gallery for potential clients where the images should take center stage. Concept, design and developing were realized by myself.
